Drug Uses: Serpina causes depletion of peripheral catecholamine (noradrenaline) stores, which results in a reduction of blood pressure. Serpina decreases the adrenergic tone and controls anxiety, and is therefore beneficial in the treatment of anxiety disorders.

Missed Dose If you miss a dose of Serpina and you are using it regularly, use it as soon as possible. Do not use 2 doses at once.
